Can’t connect to new Broadband

Hi,

My new Now TV broadband has arrived today, I’ve followed the instructions but I keep getting an error message saying the B.B. has not been connected properly.

I am plugging the broadband into the telephone via a secondary point rather than the main line point.

What am I doing wrong?

P.s - the power and wireless lights are green, the internet is orange. I though this was going to be an easy transition from BT but so far it isn’t!

When you say that your nowtv broadband arrived today was that the hub 2 router or your confirmed live activation date ?

 

When you go into My Account > Track My Order on here, what does it show for broadband and phone going live ?

 

If the 20th of April is your live broadband and phone activation date, then nowtv does say in their help article that it could take up to midnight to go live.

 

Maybe give it a couple of hours and try rebooting the nowtv hub again.
