Can’t cast to my tv

Hi can anyone help? 

When I use now tv on my iPhone it has always recognised my Sony smart TV enabling me to cast it into that. Now all of a sudden when I try and chromecast all I get from the NowTV app is a message saying connect to device but no device is showing. 

 

Any reason why my TVs it’s been connected to have now suddenly disappeared?! Thanks

What are you trying to cast?

 

You can’t cast from the Sky Sports Mobile Pass, for instance, though other passes should be fine.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
