Can someone help please

Recently moved into my new property, gone to plug in my wifi hub and the openreach plug has been disconnected but there is another one that has no logo on it but I'm not certain that it's compatible as my wifi isn't working , trying to contact customer service to sort it out and can't find a number anywhere does anyone have it please ?

The other one may be a Virgin line, if so the Now router will not work in it.
