Can I get now tv broadband without a visit?

Hi. I had but broadband a couple of years ago but cancelled and now I’d like a connection again and it seems now tv is the best value for money for what I need at the moment. Will I need an engineer to come out or can I use the landline I once had?  I know with lockdown imminent there’s no chance getting a home visit now. Bad timing on my part!

It's likely you can get NOW TV broadband without a visit.

If you had Broadband (ADSL) once, you're likely to still have a master socket: https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/getting-set-up/home-networks/a-wired-home-network/what-type-of-mas...

NOW TV post their kit out to you. So, if you're happy to connect it up yourself then you should not need an engineer to visit you house. Once ordered, you'll probably get a go-live date which you'll need to wait for.

Let us know how it goes.
