Can I get an activation date for our services

Can I get an activation date for our services?

As It gave us an activation date for our services of the 23/02/2018 but I'm unsure?

Sorry, we don't have your go live date yet. We'll let you know as we can.

You don't need to do anything or even be at home - it'll all happen automatically.

Welcome to the forum. If you don't see a confirmed activation date on your My Account > Track my Order page

then they might be waiting on a response from BT Openreach. You could pop onto live chat to see if there's any update, make sure you ask for a broadband operative when you go on to make sure you're speaking to the right team.

(expand the Anything Else section at the bottom for options)
