Welcome to the forum. If you don't see a confirmed activation date on your My Account > Track my Order page

then they might be waiting on a response from BT Openreach. You could pop onto live chat to see if there's any update, make sure you ask for a broadband operative when you go on to make sure you're speaking to the right team.

Hello, can you please tell how long it took from the moment you signed up for the service until it was up and running?
