Can I change the subtitle settings from laptop or phone?

Hi,

I reset my NOWTV smart stick and now the subtitles size and fonts have changed as well with the reset. I can't access the settings on the firestick as the NOWTV homepage won't launch - there is a continuous loading sign on a black screen. 

Can I change the subtitle settings from another device (laptop or phone) which would then also alter the subtitles on the NOWTV smart stick video content? 

In other words, I'd like to change the subtitle settings so that they appear in the same way across all devices.

What device are you talking about? 

You referenced two separate devices from two companies. 
1. Fire stick is an Amazon device 

2. NOW stick was manufactured by NOW, which is no longer happening.

When you say reset, did you just unplug it and turn it back on, or a full factory reset?

To answer your question, any settings of the app need to be applied on the device itself.

Hi,

Yes I meant to say the NOWTV smart stick not firestick (Amazon made). 

I have the 2019 NOWTV smart stick which I reset (factory reset). But I can't access the settings on the NOWTV smart stick because the app has gone blank.
