Broadband gone off only 2 green lights and middle red light and no one to contact

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

Does nobody ever look at the tens of other threads about the same topic and think ‘Perhaps I don’t need to add my three ha’pence?’

Does Now never look at this clusterfail of a Community and think ‘Hmmm, past high time we did something about this’?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
