Using the same link have you checked the status of your line?

I have and the line is reported as good. The recorded speed according to
NOWs check is 45.5mbps. I have never recorded a speed greater than 25 while
I've been with NOW.

There could be an issue with the line somewhere. Call the broadband team using the number from the below link.
