No broadband service, amber light on internet on hub. Called Now, they said there is an area service fault, and they’d get back to me. That was 6 hours ago. Tried resetting hub, no good
Not much we can do on here I’m afraid as we are just customers like yourself. It’ll be getting looked at by OpenReach as they maintain the network.
Just keep calling the team until it’s resolved.
