Broadband

Not working raised an issue, engineer to be engaged, so difficult to get updates on when the problem will be fixed. Happened 2 weeks after we joined Now and again. Only been with them 4 months.

You won’t get any updates on here I’m afraid as the forum is primarily used by customers. Best to keep calling the team until you get it sorted.
