Broadband

My broadband was meant to go live on the 17th, got a text saying I'll get connected on the 25th as it hadn't gone to plan, amd said I could be due compensation what do I do

Not much you can do. Are you swapping from another supplier, and have they stopped working?

No I was originally with now, requested a house move, then got told my
house will be in the same street but a different number so requested a
change got told 2 weeks, got 3 weeks in and still nothing then they said
cancel and make a new account and was told the 17th got a get a text saying
now the 25th
