I am guaranteed 5.2 mbps is only getting 1.5
Im also guaranteed 1.0 upload speed I’m only getting 0.4
I’ve had crap crap signal for so long now, someone came out and said it’s fixed now and this is what I’m getting it’s just the same!! What do I do if someone has already been out?

We are continualy well under 30meg but now keeps sayin its 79meg. Checked speed on 3 different devices and all have same readings 27meg. Cert wont be staying with now. There help page is USELESS

It’s honestly a joke what I’ve paid each month for awful awful broadband
ive rang on so many occasions too and haven’t got anywhere with it.
I’m going to go with another company and then get rid of this once it’s set up
