Right I’m on my final straw with this broadband and website! Joke and a half! I live in a 2 bed flat which is not very big and my internet box is in my room which is not even two steps away from my living room and I’m not getting a connection in my living room at all? Only place I’m getting even a bar is next to the box? Been in for nearly 2 weeks now! So if someone can just please provide me with a contact number for customer services or something bc I’ve Had enough of this website it’s directing me everywhere I do not want to be.
