Broadband

Hi,

 

We are having intermittent issues with our broadband in SE17. The signal varies so Microsoft Teams calls cut in-and-out. Periodically you cannot see people's online status. Zoom calls and internet browser connection/streaming/gaming are also affected. The connection does not fully drop but the speed reduces frequently. 

 

This has been going on for about a week, and NOW TV says we have no issues in the area. Please let us know what the issue is.

When you say "NOW TV says we have no issues in the area", was this through Live chat or via a call to the broadband team?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Not a problem, simply a customer like yourselve trying to help as much as possible.
