Ordered broadband. Modem arrived. Email received stating my broadband would go live yesterday. Nothing ,zero zilch.
Rang this morning. Might as well as spoke to a brick wall for all the help the advisers (I use the term loosely) were. Doesn't bode well does it. New to nowtv broadband . They give u a go live date and fail at the first hurdle. Anywhere I can complain too? The adviser reckons not. Is this the precedent for now broadband. Should I b thinking I've made a huge mistake ? It certainly looks that way!
