If you are already a nowtv broadband customer, then sign into their website, click on My Account, then on the drop down menu select Orders & Appointments and click on the info sub sections where a telephone helpline number should appear on screen.
Also,you could look under Broadband & Calls and again click on the most relevant topic section to expand the info to reveal a telephone number.
