Hi l have recently order broadband but haven't received any confirmation
They took my bank details but the only email I got was about my voucher

If your broadband order is being processed then it should be shown under My Account (person symbol for mobile devices) and clicking on Orders & Appointments where you can track your order.

Hi thanks for your help but I have done so but there's nothing showing either on devices or appointment & orders.

If there is nothing showing under Orders & Appointments or Broadband & Calls or Message Centre then it sounds to me that either your order is not currently being processed where perhaps it didn't go through the system or you are logged into another account which you didn't use to sign up to nowtv broadband.
You would need to contact live chat for them to look into your account in more detail to see what's happening.
BTW - Devices on your account is related to your playback devices when watching on a nowtv pass and is nothing to do with the NowTV broadband side of things.
