Broadband

I paid my bill under stress from them promised they wud sort things I spent more on my hotspot but they still charged me worked OK for the last couple of weeks now signal has gone on and off so I am bak to my hotspot sometimes to actually watch something without signal being lost half way through my hotspot works fine but I pay my fone bill then now want their payment for something I haven't used

How long have you had this issue with Now broadband and calls?

was it working before?

have you had any work carried out in the property, or any new electrical items?

has there been any work outside such as openreach working on something?
