Do you have a connection at the property at the moment?
If so then that will ( should) continue to work until Now becomes active on the line
I moved from plusnet to Now without a hitch and all is still working well
(note if moving from plusnet its no longer possible to keep your email address - even if you are not with plusnet if you are using an ISP provided email then you should change it, the only reason i wanted to keep the old email is that i was with Plusnet for 18 years and there are still a few things and people that havent updated yet
