I'm just wondering why my broadband and just keeps disconnecting for no reason it broke this for a few days now

Are you losing the middle green light on the front of NowTV Router (white smiley face if it's the older NowTV Hub) which means there is an intermittent fault with the internet or are you losing the wifi signal from the Router ?
Anyway your best option is to speak to the NowTV Broadband Team who can check your telephone line for faults or arrange for an engineer if deemed necessary.
Open the link below and if you are signed in with your NowTV Broadband account details a telephone number should appear on the right hand side of the screen to phone.
