my broadband was meant to go live todat but it still hasnt come on.
Welcome to the forum. Hopefully you are up and running now but if not try checking your My Account > Track my Order page to see if there are any updates
and if not give the broadband team a call to see what's happening. You should find the number under your My Account > My Package page
