Broadband upload speed

for the last few days and every now and then my upload speed is sub 1MB/s when my download speed stays consistent around 50-60 MB/s, I have tried everything I can find online to fix it without calling for an engineer to come out to have a look.
any help would be appreciated.

Can I assume this is via Ethernet?

How long have you been with NOW for?

been with NOW since Feb this year and yes im on ethernet

Assuming you've done a factory reset to the router by holding the reset button for 15 seconds?
