I've just signed up for fibre optic and it's terrible!!!! Slower than ordinary, yet I'm paying for fibre... what is going on?!!!
The same set up as my daughter who has normal broadband, and the same problems. Signal drops altogether sometimes, slow, laboured.
When does 'fibre optic' kick in then???? Is this a con?
