So my broadband is suppose to go live today, my account says that it is live now however I’m still not getting three green lights & when I do th checks online it says I need to get an engineer out.
I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone & 25 minutes on hold on the chat.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Nope still not live this morning, thinking of just cancelling it all together while I’m still in my cooling off period, especially with the bad customer service I’ve recieved xx

Has it gone live yet? As it can take anytime up until midnight on activation day to go live.

My fab fibre should of been activated yesterday but still nothing this morning.
