Broadband speeds increasingly reducing since December 2019. Now at 14.1, with guarantee of 35. The App says that there is no problem.
I think we need an engineer.
I have noticed this as well. Chat Support basically blame my wireless setup but I am using a wired connection and sometimes it is perfectly fine.
Main issue seems to be weekends and early weekday mornings. If it is ok sometimes how can it be my setup?They just say 'We can see your router is getting 38Mbps' but speed tests say 4-10 averaging less than 10 most of the time.
I am beginning to regret switching and I have over 8 months left!
