Broadband speeds dropping and internet disconnecting.

Hello,

I'd like some support in regards to my broadband. My broadband is showing speeds of 16mbps download and 3mbps upload. I am on the super fibre package deal and quite frankly I very dissapointed with the service. My internet keeps dropping out every ten minutes on average, especially with bad weather. When I test my line it states there is a problem in my area.

Here are the router statistics:

Anyway I can get this fixed? My speeds should be near 60mbps.

Can't help you but right now trying to reach customer service as my internet keeps dropping in wet weather.  Just a bit of similarity and I wonder if others reading this have any weather related experience?

I can’t help sorry, but I have a similar issue. My broadband with another provider was very stable and rarely dropped. Since moving to Now broadband it drops regularly. At least every hour and stays off for in excess of 10 minutes. It’s crap!
