Broadband speed

Hi

 

I just want to physically speak to someone about my poor broadband. I’m paying for a service and I’m having to connect my TV’s to my phone because the internet is that slow. 

Does  anyone have any contact details please or email? Anything will help.

Good luck!

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
