Use the link I provided to split the Wi-Fi bands.

You might need to call the team however.

When did you sign up to NOW for broadband?

Has it been over 10 days for the line to settle?

Is this over Wi-fi or Ethernet or both?

Can I assume you've split the Wi-fi signal?

Do you have two bands 1 for 2.4ghz and 1 for 5ghz?

The latter provides a faster speed.

I have super fibre and when checked on now tv it said everything was fine and it was running at 49.9mbps and when checked on speed test.net it was 35.5mbps. It has been dropping  service again lately. We had a problem before and it was dropping more than 100 times a day. It took 5 engineers backwards and forwards over about 6 months to fix it. Lasted a day and drop service but only a few times on e in a while. Problem its dropping service more often again a d its slow when son playing ps4
