We've been using Now TV broadband for last 7 months and we've noticed in the couple of months that our broadband speed is very slow.
Next to the broadband box in the lounge, it's a good speed- at the guaranteed 36MBPS that you state on your package. However in other parts the house especially in the kitchen, the speed is a slow as 0.88MBPS which as you'll appreciate is very difficult to use the internet at all.
Is there anything you can do to improve this speed or offer us a discount on our monthly bill as this is very frustrating at the moment especially during lockdown as we're having to have work and have video calls in the same room as this is the only place where the wifi will support this.
