Broadband speed dropped

My fibre connection has dropped from a very stable 39999kbps to 2626kbps today and I'm unable to do much online at all.  There was an openreach van outside a neighbouring property today and I wonder if there is maybe a fault on a line somewhere.  Is there someone I can contact direct about this matter?

If a reboot on the NowTV Hub Router doesn't make a difference.

 

Then go to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here, then click on the drop down arrow below your live Broadband & Phone date should reveal a telephone helpline number to call for the NowTV Broadband Team.
