Hi,
Got my super fibre package up and running two days ago and according to the technical checks my broadband speeds are good. However, the speed is listed as 46mbps, which while perfectly adequate, is still slightly below the guaranteed minimum of 50mbps.
Is this a glitch? Should the page be saying that the speed is not up to scratch? Or is there some small print I'm missing about the minimum guarantee having an error margin?
