mi have tried the broadband buddy about 4 times to reset from 13 yes to over 18.s. And to no avail.
any suggestions?
tried on a phone with lots of typing errors as find phones clunky
also tried doing in my home pc went through the steps exactly as requested and still no change.
I don’t really want to speak to now tv but think I may have too if no one can make any suggestion on how I fix this now extremely annoying issue I have
You may have to wait for someone who has Now Broadband with Broadband Buddy to come along and explain it, as Now have not envisaged that anyone without Now Broadband might want to understand the process and help you here 😢

Click ‘Broadband Buddy settings’, change them, and give them 15 minutes to ‘take’.
If it doesn’t happen like it should, though, then please describe what does happen, with a screenshot if possible, so others can help you here.
