Broadband router said to be delivered but I have not received anything

Got an email today saying the router has been delivered but there was no one buzzing on the door, nothing in the mailbox and neighbours don't seem to have it either. The live chat does not work, what can I do? How can I contact NowTV to send another router as it seems like the original parcel has been lost.
