When I placed my order for now Broadband there was no way to fill in the delivery address manually. The automatic address finder gave a jumbled version of my address. I have now checked the tracking and my router is coming up on the Royal Mail website as delivered, but I haven't received it.
Is there any way to contact Now Broadband? I am finding they have no customer service support at this time. My previous provider will stop providing me with internet access on Wednesday and I will be unable to connect to Now Broadband as the router is missing.
