Broadband router hasn't arrived

Service is supposed to go live today, router was dispatched on the 2nd via 48hrs Royal Mail. It hasn't arrived.

My recommendation is to call the broadband team.

Your Hub Two will arrive a few days before your phone line is activated. It'll be delivered by Royal Mail, and we'll give you a link to track the delivery.

Keep in mind

You'll need to wait until your phone line is activated before setting up your Hub Two.

My broadband is live, the router hasn't arrived. I need the connection information to change my existing router to connect whilst I wait up to five days. So if some nice person can give me the Vlan id , login and password. Thanks.

Your best option is to call the broadband team. The free from number is on the first link in my original post.
