Broadband randomly cutting off

I've been with NOW for a number of months and can no longer take these random disconnects throughout the day. 


My router either loses access to the Internet for a few minutes and it automatically sorts itself out or I need to restart my router to regain a connection.


This there a way to fix this issue?

Try doing a factory reset to the router by holding the reset button for 15 seconds.


Otherwise give the broadband team a call to see what can be done. Number in the link below.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I've tried that but no joy. 


I might have to contact them in that case.
