How far is the now broadband suppose to reach, I live on the top floor of a three storey house and I can’t get WiFi in my room, attaching a powerline works for me but then no one else can get WiFi when the powerline is contacted apart from right next to the unit in the kitchen

Hi @Anonymous User
It sounds like there could be congestion on the wireless channel. The first step would be to download this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=abdelrahman.wifianalyzerpro&hl=en_GB (or similar if on iOS) And check for the least congested channel. Usually the app will recommend a specific channel and this will give your wifi more range and speed due to being less congested.
You can do this by visiting 192.168.0.1 and logging in using the correct details.
Username: admin
Password: nowtv
Then select Wireless > Desired Channel > (Whatever channel the app suggests)
You should find yourself with a better wifi signal throughout the house but if not, i'd recommend looking into a WiFi Mesh Network such as this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07CTH2RPZ/ref=asc_df_B07CTH2RPZ56963522/?tag=googshopuk-21&creative=22146&creativeASIN=B07CTH2RPZ&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310847932305&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=15515349651662687888&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9045942&hvtargid=pla-564284459245
