Broadband outage

can someone please advise why i had no broadband between 00:30 to about 05:00 this morning please- kept on trying the 'fix' and nothing - just came back on and would like to know why as no emails etc received warning me of an outage etc- cheers

Otherwise you need to call the broadband team. You won't get any updates by staff on here I am afraid.

Who were you expecting to email you, and how did you think it was going to get through?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Thought if others had similar it may have been a planned outage that I hadn’t being notified about

Outages at that time of day are often due to engineering work, either Openreach or the ISP. It is very rare to get any advance notification. (or apologies after)
