Is anyone else having issues with their Broadband today? My internet has been down since about 11am today and all i get from Now is 'there is an issue'. I've been hotspotting off my phone all day!

Thanks @gavs82008 done all the usual checks and unplugging of router. It is a Now issue however, they're not giving any updates as to when this issue is going to be resolved. it's very frustrating.
Ours has been off since 11pm on Monday.

Got an update tonight of "sorry, we understand it's inconvenient" but no details of when/how it will be fixed

Hi, I’m in E2 as well. Still nothing since Monday evening. Not to be super impatient but if I didn’t have to luxury to go to work how am I supposed to work from home? Also giving absolutely no information or updates why this is not working for 4 days now is incredibly frustrating.

You are best to call the broadband team. Number is provided in one of my posts up thread.
I rang them again, apparently someone completely damaged the green box near here…. So they are trying to fix it. It can take up another few days.
if you wish to be compensated ring them when it’s sorted..

Yup, ours has been off for 2 days now, not fun at all, and I called now tv to ask them and all they said was "your having an internet outage, just wait a few days and it should be back" genuinely unhappy with this.
