It is a frequent complaint that the WiFi on Now routers doesn’t penetrate very far.
You can get WiFi extenders to deal with this, if you don’t mind the extra cost.
But is it the router to blame, or the house? Is the construction of the new house significantly different from the old one? Thick stone walls instead of plasterboard, that sort of thing? Is it bigger? And so on….
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
