My broadband has been down since yesterday at 1.40pm in Stony Stratford, MK. Have been told it’s a BT problem that engineers are working on but it’s still not back on this morning. Anyone know anything about the cause?

Best to give the team a call. What you need to remember is that NOW are fully reliant on OpenReach maintaining the network.
So all you as a customer can do is keep pestering NOW.
