My broadband is not working the internet line is not green but blank, how do i contact customer services?

Forget to add I am assuming your NOW Broadband was up and running previously before the green middle internet light on the front of the NOW Router went out and have double checked the wiring between the NOW Router and the BT socket and nothing hasn't come loose and everything is fitted tight in both sockets.

Do you have a dial tone of you plug a phone in? This will let you know that the kind is active.
Did you have a phone and broadband service before? If so with who and what package?
This will let us know what you had before plus if it was an openreach service or not, LLU or not.
