My live date is today however im still not able to connect to the Internet, I understand that it can take up until midnight to work however I am unable to get through to support or anything to see what's happening as its saying my set up is wrong?

Have you been contacted by Openreach? What is saying your setup is wrong?

I have the same problem. Open reach came but couldn't do the job. Gave no indication of when they would be back. I called Now and they organised an engineer to come. Unfortunately that can take up to 5 days.
