my broadband won’t connect. All 3 lights are green on the router. There’s a very slow connection it seems as my Chromecast can connect to the TV but nothing else.
I can’t find a number to phone on if anyone can direct me. This is the 3rd time in the last 3 weeks I’ve had issues!
I do know that there are issues with Now TV broadband right now

ive had the same issue for 2 days i phoned customer service today and the person i spoke to said that there was no outages yet it says that there is outages on their website , all the person done was sending me a new router free of charge this is going to be my 4th router as i am on my 3rd one just now dont know what to do to be honest, the person i spoke to didnt even tell me when my new router will get to me so im now left in limbo, so disappointed.
