Hello,
We has our broadband installed last week and been working all weekend.
We have had a openreach worker come round and tried changing our supplier for some reason and now our broadband is not working.
What can I do? They told me to contact my provider but now we are without TV or broadband as we use amazon firestick for tv which requires internet.

Hello, apologies that does not sound right? did you try change your supplier as in cancel with us?
