Hello,
Came home after a couple of days away, broadband was very slow so did a reset. After this all of the green lights are on i.e power, internet and Wi-fi BUT still cannot connect any device to the network. Devices say they are connected but nothing comes up 😿
Did check for a line fault and same back clear
Any help would be much appreciated

Hi,
I have the same problem, all lights green on the router and devices connect to WiFi but the devices report "no internet access".
Did you get this resolved?
I did have the routed unplugged for a couple of hours as we're decorating but that shouldn't cause this issue!
