Broadband not working

Hi there I’ve set broadband up but WiFi is not working it today Bly work in the room where the router is and if we go into other room there’s no signal and upstairs there’s nothing at all if you can fix this please and if this problem can’t be solved I want to cancel it as it’s not working at all too disappointed
