Our broadband has been dropping on the odd occasion but it has completely dropped now... it’s been over an hour and nothing. Is this happening with anyone else?

Yes here too. I have green lights for the power and wireless on the Hub but an orange light for the internet. I've tried all troubleshooting issues but still not working..
