Hi there,
I’ve had this problem for the first time a couple days ago where my internet stopped working, orange light on my router under broadband (other two lights are green). When I turned it off and back on it seemed to work. However, I’ve had it again tonight and after turning it off and back on multiple times, using the reset it’s still orange and I have no internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Can’t phone them because they’re not open till 8am

Sadly we can't help you here, we are just customers like you, so you will have to wait until they reopen in the morning. Have you been able to do any testing via my Account in the meantime?
