We have purchased a ring doorbell and for the last month it has been working fine.
Now not working and when we purchased now broadband last year we had to buy an extender to get Wi-Fi in another room of the property. The door bell is at the other end of the property to the router and the extender is in a room nearer to the door bell itself.
Any help advice appreciated as very frustrating and disappointing as need door bell to be working for security.
You could try splitting the Wi-Fi bands, which should improve the speed and reliability.

I believe ring doorbells use 2.4Ghz only, so splitting the bands wouldn't help at all.
What changed recently to stop your doorbell working? Does it need the battery recharging?
What does your Ring app have to say about all this?
For the woeful range of Now Broadband WiFi, I have just fulminated about this in another thread,
